Emergency Calls– Excessive water leaking, flooding, smoke detector sounding, fire, etc.
Urgent Calls – Air conditioning is not working, deadbolt malfunctioning, refrigerator not working, etc.
Routine Calls – Clogged sink, toilet, or tub, garbage disposal not working, blinds not working, etc.
While emergency requests that require our immediate attention and/or have the potential to cause further damage take precedence over all other requests, any routine requests are completed on a first come, first served basis. Please note, you will be charged for damages for which you are found liable (see the Lessee(s) Damages Addendum on page 9).
County View Garden Home Apartments is responsible for all the maintenance in your apartment, subject to your obligation to pay for damages for which you are found liable. All calls are to be placed through the leasing office. However, if any of the following emergencies occurs after normal office hours, please leave a message for maintenance tech at 239-776-1565
- Toilet not working if only one in the apartment.
- No power.
- No heat – only if outside temperature is below 52˚.
- Refrigerator not working.
- Malfunction of front door lock.
- Flooding water.
- Smoke detector sounding.
- Fire – Call 911
- Air Conditioner isn’t working.
